Associate Program - Designed for Graduating Cosmetology Students
Our comprehensive associate training program creates a strong foundation and support system for new stylists. Our associates are able to polish their newly acquired cosmetology skills by working along side an experienced stylist while refining their skills on their own clients. This program is unique because it allows new stylists to work on and grow their own business while training with an experienced stylist. Concurrently our associates will learn how to develop a great guest experience by consistently practicing skills that will help grow their clientele raplidly. During the 8-12 week program the stylist will acquire the confidence and tools that are essential to create a successful career behind the chair.

Conversion Program - Designed for Experienced Stylists
Our conversion program for stylists with prior salon experience focuses on developing best business practices and revisiting the fundamental aspects of the guest experience beyond the service. During the 6 week training program our continuing stylists work behind the chair independently. Behind the scenes, we provide the leadership support and training tools needed for continuing stylists to enhance their skills in retail, prebooking guests, and referrals so that they may build confidence to achieve their goals rapidly.
